Refund policy

At Shanti Puja Sangrah, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, so please read our return and refund policy carefully:

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., customized dresses with name embroidery) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

📝 How to Request a Return

Email us at shantipujasangrah003@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.
You are responsible for safely packing the product for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

⚡ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
